Cloud to Classic Sync Speed - 1 Gig Service over Fiber

I have about 1.1TB (130,000) pictures in the cloud.  I started a sync into Classic on the Dec. the 10th.  As of now, there are still 70,500 picutres left to sync.  At this rate, it's going to take over a week.  I have a Fiber Connection, wired to my computer.  In all other tests ect, I'm getting between 600-900 Mbps both up and down.  This should only take a few hours, not over a week.  

Anyone else have this trouble?
