collections it does not show the window or does not appear after minutes

When I try to add my folders to collection to sync sometimes:

  1. the dialog appears but it is not added in the collections
  2. the dialog does not appear after minutes

In any case is a nightmare. 

Sync is paused to avoid issues and delays due to network

It’s a nightmare and is not working

    Hey, @massimo_tr. Welcome to the Lightroom Classic Community. Thanks for sharing the video; it helps. I couldn't recreate this from the video you provided. Please share the system info from Lightroom Help > System info > Copy & paste into a text document > upload & attach here.

     

    Where do you keep the Lightroom Catalog and RAW files? Internal, or external drive?

    It could be a catalog corruption issue. But I'll wait for you to reply.
