Color bleeding in high resolution OM-1 files

I have a problem with severe color bleeding when processing high resolution shots from a OM-Systems OM-1 camera in Adobe Lightroom Classic. It’s not always present but more often than not when there are edges of contrasting colors such as blue sky and a yellow area, or a red or blue pipe against a yellow wall. This doesn’t appear when files are processed with OM-systems own software. Is this a bug or does Lightroom Classic (latest version) not support OM-systems high resolution files? I'm on an Apple M1 laptop.

It looks to me like you've been using too high Defringe values in the Lens corrections panel to fix chromatic aberration.

Defringe settings are not suitable for copying an pasting, they need to be applied individually to each image, and at 100% view.

Furthermore, fixing chromatic aberration in one part of the image may cause colors to bleed in other parts of the image, so the whole image needs to be examined carefully at 100%.

To minimize color bleeding, make sure to limit the color range of the sliders to the colors you want to correct.

Edit: You can use the eyedropper to select the color range. This will be easier at 200% view or higher.

Sometimes it is not possible to remove chromatic aberration completely without getting color bleed elsewhere in the image.

You can use a Defringe brush for local corrections, but it's not as effective as the sliders in the Lens correction panel.

I have inserted one of your screenshots below.

In the future, please use the Insert Photos button in the toolbar to insert screenshots directly in your posts.

Nope! No color fringing corrections applied on the examples I submitted. But still, it seemes that it only occurs when I paste an edit from another pic (without color fringing correction).

Would you mind sharing a DNG exported from the raw file with the pipes, as well as a DNG exported from the file that you copied the settings from? Exporting as DNG will include all the edits.

You'll have to use Dropbox or some other file sharing service.

Think I solved it myself. I've been scratching my head for several weeks, but now I've discovered the problem only occur (I think) when you copy an edit from a file to another. If I reset and manually insert the editing values the picture stays clean. so..... I guess there is a bug after all.
