Hello everyone,

I have currently working on macbook, and I can't see consistent color management in develop module. It's clear to see in screenshot attached, it's the same photo in develop tab and ref tab. When I export or edit in photoshop, I get the result as in the left tab.

I set external file handling as Adobe RGB (16bit) for PS. Even if I change it to sRGB (16bit), the result is the same.

Please help me... I'm geting depressed

Can't replicate it on this end (also on Mac), both appear identical to me.

Two things to try:

Disable GPU in preferences; better?
If not, recalibrate and build a new ICC display profile; the old one might be corrupted.
If you are using software/hardware for this task, be sure the software is set to build a matrix, not LUT profile, Version 2, not Version 4 profile.
If turning OFF the GPU works, it's a GPU bug, and you need to contact the manufacturer or find out if there's an updated driver for it. On the Mac, that's part of the OS update(s), so if this is the latest OS version, you may need to roll back a release.

I would recommend waiting for one of the color management pro's to reply, but you probably stated the issues cause in the above.
