Colour shift in prints

After updating LR today (2015.10) I made a few prints using my custom profile on my normal paper and the prints are a lot cooler in colour than they should be.  I have been using the same ink, paper and profile for over a year without a problem.  My printer is a canon Pixma Pro-100.

Is there anything in the update to .10 that would change colour handling?
