Command "Edit in Photoshop" has quit working
Using Windows 10 Pro 22H2, I recently installed Photoshop Beta so I could play with the generative fill stuff. It took over as the default version of PS tho and I couldn't make it stop, so I uninstalled it. This broke the link between PS and LR and all the commands for opening in PS were disabled. I uninstalled and reinstalled the latest stable version of PS but it didn't help. Then, I edited the registry and copy/pasted the path to the PS executable in the appropriate key. This re-enabled the "Edit in Photoshop" command and the others, but when I select them, PS opens but no file is opened. If PS is already open it will switch to it but still does not open any file. If I go to PS, select the script "Load files into stack," and then go find the files in the file system, this works normally.
The only exception is TIFFs. When I right-click on a TIFF and choose "Edit in Photoshop," it opens a dialog asking me if I want to make a copy or edit the original. I choose to edit the original, and the TIFF opens in PS like normal. DNGs do not have this dialog tho and they do not open in PS at all. Trying to open anything as layers in PS does not work either, whether TIFF or DNG.
How can I fix this? I've tried reinstalled both LR and PS as well as resetting my preferences but nothing has helped.
