Ok, so you did not indicate this in your original post.

Lightroom Mobile will download a copy of the jpeg file with your edits to LrC on your computer. This is a rendered file, and the raw data was used by the firmware in your camera, including any special settings you made there to create the file.

LrC will use their own default develop settings you have set to import the raw files. Adobe may have created profiles to match some of your camera settings, like Portrait, Lanscape, Standard and you may select to reach something comparable.

I am not sure if you can copy the other adjustments done in Lightroom mobile from the jpegs to the raw.
