Computer Crashed While converting import to DNG

Hi all

I imported my holiday photos into LRC as usual and while they were converting to DNG I left the mac to do its thing as this is a lengthy process.  On returning I found a message saying my computer had restarted due to an issue.  I am now left with a few photos converted to DNG but the vast majority still in Fuji's RAF format.  Is there an easy way to convert the remainder to DNG?  I figured out how to convert individual images to DNG, but that doesn't seem to work for multiple selections or folders.  Maybe I should just delete them all and re-import?
