Question

Control and Shift keys not working

The Control and the Shift keys are not working to select multiple photos in LR Classic. The problem is intermittent but very annoying.

I have searched this forum with no solution.

Should I re-install LR?

    Have you tried restting the the LrC preferences as described at https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-classic/help/setting-preferences-lightroom.html

    Do these keys work properly in other applications?

    If so, try resetting the preferences. Reinstalling rarely fixes anything.

      Thanks for your interest Per.

      They work perfectly with other applications.

      In LR they work intermittently - therfore, nothing wrong with the keyboard
