Conversion from RAF to DNG after pictures have already been imported...

I just imported RAF files from my Fuji XT2, I selected Copy as DNG when importing on Lightroom Classic, but the files are still RAF, didn't get changed to DNG. Is there a way to do it after the import or I have to re-import the files from the camera hoping that it will work?  I also imported RAF pictures previusly from the same camera and everything was fine...

In Lightroom Classic, in the Preferences, in the File Hadeling tab, in Import DNG Creation panel, what boxes are checked? If embed original RAW file is checked, perhaps a stacking issue?

 

See if thise RAF files are stacked (with the DNG)
