Converting iPhone Slow Motion MOV file to 30 fps

Hi. I am running Lightroom Classic 13.0.2 on a Mac Mini M2 Pro with Sonoma 14.1.2.

I accidently recorded a MOV file at Slo-mo 1080p at 120 fps. Is there a way to convert this Slo-mo file to 1080p HD at 30 or 60 fps?

Please say yes.

Thank you for any help with this.

The answer is yes, but not in Lightroom Classic. Lightroom Classic is primarily a raw photo editor and organizer, so its video features are mostly limited to trimming and color grading.

You can alter clip speed and frame rate in many Mac applications, such as:

Adobe Photoshop, in the Timeline panel

Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, or any other professional video editing application

Apple iMovie (free with every Mac)

Thanks for this Conrad. Great information to have. A friend told me how I can do it right on the iPhone.

Thank you again for the help.
