Copy and Paste Settings no longer works reliably in Lightroom Classic

In the Develop module, I used to be able to copy the edit settings for a photo using Ctrl + C, and paste it as many times as I liked. However, this no longer seems to reliably work.

I select a photo, and then Ctrl + C. The Copy Settings dialogue is correctly lauched. I click 'Copy'. Sometimes I can paste the settings to another photo using Ctrl + V, but sometimes the command does nothing. If it does work, I can only paste to one or more photos in that single Ctrl + V operation. I cannot then paste the same settings to more photos. This used to work perfectly.

The same is also true for the Copy... Paste buttons I now see at the bottom lefthand side of the navigator panel. Please can you tell me if this is a bug? It's driving me mad! I am a software developer and am pretty confident it's not user error. Thank you.

Please update to v14.1 just released a few days ago. This seems to be fixed.

Running LRC 14.1.1 on Windows 11.

The ability to paste settings to more than one image file seems to be completely broken.  I am able to paste settings to only one file at a time.

I am having problems using copy-paste as well. I cannot copy paste any settings, in any way. I have tried all the recommendations to close the secondary display, reset lightrooms preferences, etc. I've upgraded from 14.1 to 14.2, and the issue persists. I use copy/paste for settings a ton, and this is a pretty devastating bug. Is there any fix? The issue seemed to start around the time 14.1 installed, I just installed 14.2 today and it still does not work.

BUG still present in 14.4 after latest updates
ONLY present on PC version (my macbook pro version seems ok?)
Sometimes allows from FIRST photo edited, but breaks once any more edits are applied, or Ai features used, or Process Version is changed.

Thank you! I had thought LR auto-updated as soon as a new version was released. Apparently not. It's very slow, but at least it works now.
