Copy Settings causes Classic to Hang

I can copy and paste from previous.  However, when I copy settings in general, it crashes/locks up lightroom and I have to open task manager and manually kill the process.  This only started with the update to 11.4 that I applied today.  Is there a debugger that I can run to assist you all?
