Corrupted SSD - Can I rebuild a LR catalog from LRPREV files only?

Looking for help with a catalog recovery. 

I woke up this morning to a corrupted SSD that had a LR catalog with lots of work hours put into it. I reaccessed the drive but the folder that held the LR catalog and preview files was empty (I assume that part of the drive had been corrupted). I ran recovery software but could only recover the LRPREV files, not the original catalog file. 

Is there any way to build a new catalog using the original images and the existing LRPREV files that had adjustments made?
