could not move a file to the destination folder because it is not writeable

i keep trying to import photos to LRC, but it keeps saying the destination folder is not writeable. i have tried everything i can find on the internet. unlocking the folder, giving the user permissions and LRC full disk access. i was able to upload photos not that long ago and for some reason now it keeps giving that error message. HELP
