Crash with no error or log

I installed Lightroom 13.2 yesterday. Since then, it keep crashing and reboot my PC.  No crash dump, errors in event log, nothing.  It happens during import, export, editing and even just scrolling my collection. I turned off GPU, General parallel previews and no use.  Have tried everything I can think of, validate DNG files, Optimize catelog, etc...

My PC has Amd 7700X, 32GB ram with RTX 4070 GPU, 2TB SSB.  No issues with other applications. I am in trial period and need to decide if I keep LR or switch to a different app..
