Crashes soon after starting

I use a Macbook Pro with Sonoma 14.2.1 using Lightroom Classic 13.1. Yesterday it started to crash within a minute of opening Lightroom Classic. I have sent the report with my email address. The only thing I did differently or new was to use an external monitor.

I have:

Reset the preferences

Turned of the GPU

And it continues to crash. Any help would be appreciated. I am hoping not to have to reinstall Lightroom.

Hi Laurie,

What exact version of Lighroom Classic? And, what exactly were you doing in Lightroom Classic when it crashed. Did you get an error message? If so,, please post that here.
