Create folder not showing

I have a folder called Photographs on a drive with all subfolders. That main folder used to show up and I could right clic,

create a new folder inside, then import. The Photos folder is no longer there.

Am I missing something obvious? It's been awhile.

In LrC, right click on a folder that is inside the Photographs folder, then select Show Parent Folder.
