Creating shapes and/or lines in the Book module

Hey all,

I am in the process of creating my first photo book using Blurb/Lightroom Classic.  I am wondering if anyone knows how to add shapes that can be resized, or simple lines to break up a title from text or a photo.  I can't seem to find any options here. And if these features aren't available, do you happen to know any workarounds?
