Question

creative cloud is showing the apps as trial versions despite paying for the student CC package

i needed to purchase lightroom and photoshop for a college photography class and was instructed to buy the student and teachers package of creative cloud in order to work on assignments. after purchasing that bundle subscription, what i recieved seems to be the wrong bundle. in the "plans" tab on the adobe website, it shows that i have the "adobe for enterprise" plan rather than the "students and teachers" plan that i paid for, it even shows that i was billed $19.99 from adobe on my bank statement, but it has no option for managing plans and doesnt give me the option to change plans to either a different plan or back to the plan that i actually purchased. i need to have access to these for school and it is extremely frustrating that i paid for these services that i never ended up getting access to use. if anyone has a solution to this, it would be greatly appreciated

Most likely you are not signed into Creative Cloud with the same exact credentials you used when you purchased the bundle. Try signing out of your account with the Creative Cloud desktop account. Then sign back in using the email and password set up when purchasing the subscription.
