Creative não inicia

comprei o lightroom e Photoshop , e não consigo instalar pq o Creative não inicia, fica horas carregando, ja estou uma hora tentando

You can also try the following steps:

  1. Uninstall all CC apps including preferences,  https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html
  2. Then uninstall the CC Desktop app, using the correct uninstaller, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html#sa_src=web-mes...
  3. Clean your computer of CC files by using the Adobe CC Cleaner Tool   http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
  4. Repair all MS Visual C++ versions that can be repaired. Latest supported Visual C++ Redistributable downloads | Microsoft Learn
  5. Update your MS Visual C++, if it can be updated Latest supported Visual C++ Redistributable downloads | Microsoft Learn
  6. Restart your computer (don't skip this)
  7. Reinstall the CC Desktop app,  https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop?action=install&source=apps&productId=creative-cloud
  8. Use the desktop app to install your CC programs/trials
