Can I Crop a Group of photos to "As Shot", all at once?

1. Select all the desired photos.

2. In Develop, change the crop of the first one to As Shot.

3. Click the Sync button in the lower-right.

4. Click Check None, Crop, Synchronize.

Another useful technique, to the same end: you can turn on AutoSync (the toggle switch next to the Sync button, that appears at lower right whenever you have multiple images selected). Then press R for crop, and in the crop panel either click Reset or else select As Shot - both do the same thing.

AutoSync remains highlighted and active until you turn it off again. It does nothing while you have only one image selected, but lies in wait for when you next have a multiple selection. It's powerful but correspondingly dangerous: good idea to turn it off again promptly, if not fully used to this method of working 'in the batch'.

Also there's a different working sequence:

with a subsequent Sync you can select some other images after making your edit.

With AutoSync they must have already been selected, and Auto Sync enabled, before you carry out this edit.
