I have a client who specifically wants his images 1200 px by 795 px this is not exactly 2X3, its 1,9X3 or so. If I set the custom ratio to 12 X 7,95 LR automatically changes it to 2X3. How can I change this?

This is long standing bug with crop.

In short - Lightroom rounds ratios close enough to standart ratios to them.

I mean 12:7.95 is rounded to 12:8 which is indeed 3:2

If you really want to crop to that aspect you can use AnyCrop plugin: Any Crop Lightroom Plugin

Please add your me-too vote and details about why the bug affects you to this bug report: Lightroom: I can't add (certain) custom crop ratios | Photoshop Family Customer Community . That will make it a little more likely Adobe might actually fix the problem. I've provided in that bug report a detailed engineering explanation of how Adobe can fix it, and I provided the plugin as a demonstration of the explanation's correctness, but I don't think Adobe has paid any attention.
