Custom made export preset

Hello, is there a way to create a custom made export preset ? The drop down options in the export box don't offer what I need. For an online gallery I only want the title, description, copyright and dimensions. Is there a possibility to create a preset where I can choose what I want to export ? If I use one of the options there is always something missing or something too much, like keywords, even if I have keywords not ticked on. Can anybody help ? I have looked everywhere... thanks a lot !! I really would appreciate help !!
