Custom profile *.dcp files not showing up under profiles

I have custom profiles set up for IR images. I don't see them listed under Profile any more. OLD processed images with that assigned profile, the name comes up, however anything new the custom profile *.dcp file I made and saved C:\ProgramData\Adobe\CameraRaw\CameraProfiles no longer is available to be chosen under the basic panel.
How do I get the custom profile to show again so that I can choose it.
I am currently running Lightroom Classic 12.0.1

What I can say is the profiles will only show for the specific camera model it was built for. Are you sure the old profile and camera match?
