@pascal_0883, I just noticed that @Claire H. accidentally gave you the instructions for resetting Photoshop's preferences, though I'm sure she meant to give you the instructions for LR Classic.

A corrupted preferences file could very well be the cause of these symptoms. Try resetting LR's preferences again, even if you tried it before:
https://www.lightroomqueen.com/articles-page/how-do-i-reset-lightrooms-preferences/

LR sometimes soils its preferences file, and resetting it can fix all sorts of wonky behavior. That article explains how to restore the old preferences if resetting doesn't help.

Hi @pascal_0883, Welcome to the Lightroom Classic Community forum! To better help you with this issue, we would like a few more details. Can you send your system info? You can find your system info by going to Help > System Info, copying and pasting it into a text file, and attaching it here.

In the meantime, let's try a few basic troubleshooting steps:

1. Resetting Photoshop Preferences: Meanwhile, you can try to reset the preferences of Photoshop using the steps mentioned here:  https://adobe.ly/4jmvs7u. Please back up your settings before resetting the preferences. You can check:  https://adobe.ly/3YW1WOu.
2. Make sure your Lightroom Classic, OS, and drivers are up to date.
3. Use the Adobe Cleaner tool to reinstall your Creative Cloud and Lightroom Classic: https://adobe.ly/3YB7s8k
If none of these steps resolves the issue, we can continue to troubleshoot the issue. I hope this helps! ^CH

Désolé, aucune de ces étapes ne fonctionne.

Finalement j'ai désinstaller puis réinstaller LRC. Mais le problème persiste.

Vous trouverez en dossier joint les caractéristiques de mon système.

Merci de votre aide.

Hi @pascal_0883, thanks for sharing your System Info!
I noticed your graphics card drivers were last updated in April. Could you check if there are any newer updates available and see if installing them helps?
Also, I saw that your catalog is on the G: drive, just to confirm, is that an external hard drive?
Thanks so much!
Alek
