Is there a way to find a photo based on the date it was printed?

If you are asking about Lightroom-Classic.-  I am not knowing any way.

Develop History will tell you if an image has been printed-

If you are not a prolific user of Snapshots you could make a snapshot for every image you print. Metadata search can then find images with snapshots.

Or use some other metadata criteria to record in each image you 'print', eg, a Keyword. Then retrieve 'Date' from History.

Others might have better answers..!

Regards. My System: Windows-11, Lightroom-Classic 15.1.1, Photoshop 27.3.1, ACR 18.1.1, Lightroom 9.0, Lr-iOS 10.4.0, Bridge 16.0.2 .

LR recently acquired the ability to search by the time of last export, but it still can't search by time last printed. For that, you'll need the Any Filter plugin:
