ddin develop mode LRC selected image disappears after correction stating "no image selected" I have rebooted and rebooted sometimes it works but mostly not a fix. help can't get any work done!

while editing in LRC .. if I have selected an image to edit with the sliiders  and finish.. the image disappears and the screen says ‘No image selected..no work around that I have found soles this.. i am a 20+ year user ...this is happing in the Tahoe upgrade help not getting any work done!

    You might have a filter selected in the library view that filters out already edited images. As soon as you edit it, it will disappear from the view. Try turning off any filters.

    The first thing I would try is to reset the LrC preferences.

    On the chance that the catalog is corrupt, try your most recent backup.

    It’s not impossible that the catalog or the preferences are corrupted, but I agree with ​@Jao vdL that this is a classical example of having an active filter, or being in a smart collection, that filters on ‘no edits’. As soon as you make an edit, the image no longer fits the criteria and so it disappears.
