Deblur car plate

Good day everyone,

Could you please help me deblur this car plate, it a Volkswagen Golf 5th serie and the numbers I remember are  xxxxx 108 25

 

Please help it's urgent

I'd be very wary of doing this. If the license plate was blurred to protect someone's privacy, then de-bluring it could be considered an invasion of privacy.

 

Anyway, you are in the wrong forum, as Lightroom Classic cannot do this.

I am the one who took the picture and the car belongs to a con, what would be the app that can do it.
