Delay using Wacom tablet vs mouse with 13.3.1 update
After selecting the Mask icon and then selecting any of the Add New Mask options below, I get anywhere from 2 to 30-second delay before any of the tools is available. No consistent pattern on delay time either. This occurs only when using the tablet/pen; mouse is instant response. I've reset LR preferences, updated Wacom driver but nothing helps.
I had no issues at all before the update from 13.2 directly to 13.3.1. Running Win 10
