When I delete a photo with - "Delete from Disk" in Lightroom Classic on my Mac Mini, it does not end up in the trash - what is the reason. The image was deleted from the internal drive of my Mac.

On my Mac, I find that when I delete photos from Lightroom they do not appear in the trash until I quit and restart my computer.

Thanks for your message - I'll try? - However, it is a brand new Mac Mini and I have installed Adobe Lightroom Classic twice and tried everything - unfortunately without result. Only place I could find a copy was in my cloud backup.

Do you get an error saying that the volume does not support trash? That is a known, but unexplainded, issue that some people have. For me it was even more unexplained. I did not have that issue until about four weeks ago. Then it suddenly was there, but about one week ago it suddenly disappeared again, so now my deleted images go to the trash again...

Thank you for your quick reply - unfortunately I do not receive any notifications about the deletion - I can only note that the file is not in the trash!
