DELETE Photos on external disk

When I click on delete rejected photos in LIGHTROOM, I get a notice that says: the files are on a volume not compatible with the trash Do you want to delete them permanently? I have the photos on an external hard drive and I can't think of why it could be.

In the privileges of the disc I have written and reading for everyone.

Would anyone know what it can be?

Please search the forum for "volume not compatible with trash", as this has come up many times. I do not know what the solution is, but I'm sure you will find it if you do the search.
