Deleted Catalog 3 years worth of work :)

So I was using Clean My Mac and it decided to help me delete my entire Lr catalog... I manage to recover it through software (£70) but can't seem to get Lr to reinstate it. any advice!? Thanks in advance for your time on this!

So as a user of Clean My Mac, I can only recommend: Backup everything often and to multiple locations.
