Deleting albums & photos from Lightroom Mobile

I'm a newby here & when I first started I was syncing my photos from Lightroom Classic to Lightroom Mobile....I have since turned off syncing & re organized my collections in Lightroom Classic. So, I would like to delete everything in Lightroom Mobile & only sync certain collections from Lightroom Classic.
Can I do this? If I delete the photos in Lightroom Mobile will they get deleted in Lightroom Classic as well?

if this can be done, can someone please explain to me how to do it without losing my Lightroom Classic photos?

If you remove a photo from 'All Synced Photographs' in Lightroom Classic, then that photo will be deleted from the cloud, but not from Lightroom Classic. Same for 'unsyncing' a collection. If you do that, then the collection will remain in Lightroom Classic, but the corresponding album will be deleted from the cloud.

Yes, you can delete them from Lightroom Mobile, but I think it's easier to do in Lightroom Classic. The same thing will happen: an image that is deleted from Lightroom Mobile will get 'unsynced' in Lightroom Classic.
