Deleting photos
Can someone please tell me how to delete the photos from my SIM card after I have imported them in Lightroom?

Put the card back in the phone and remove, delete, them there. Or if you connected the phone to your computer to import them just use the Gallery, or other viewing system, on the phone to delete them. Or if the phone storage is seen as a drive on your computer use the File Manager program for the type of OS on the computer to delete them.
The specifics for any of the above suggestions can be found with a google search.
