Deleting Presets

I have never posted on this forum so I hope I can explain my ongoing issue with my presets after upgrading to the latest version.

All of my presets are out of wack. I deleted the presets (preferences/user presets etc..). I close the program to install a new list of presets and they do paste.

My issue is - when developing my old presets still show when they don't even appear on the lightroom preset folder.

How do I get rid of them? My workflows are ALL messed up.

Please help. I have even uninstalled the app 2x

    You may have only deleted the old lrtemplate presets. With 7.3 the presets have been converted to XMP and moved.
