Denoise AI error

Question

When I try to use Denoise AI in Lightroom or Camera Raw it gives me an unknown error and desables my GPU graphics for the session, I have tryed to do it several times changing the gpu configuration but nothing seems to work, It is not a problem of disk space and my gpu was suppose to work, it's an Nvidia MX150.

You graphic card doesn't match the requirements for Denoise AI for a proper work.

What you can try is to check if you have installed the latest driver version. If not load the recent version and install it. The check again.

If this doesn't help you have to upgrade your graphic card to a more powerful card.
