Denoise geht von auf einmal nicht mehr

Hallo in die Runde,

habe bis vor wenige Tage noch meine Bilder über die neu AI entrauschen können. Aus heiterem Himmel ist das nicht mehr möglich. Bilder wurden mit einer Sony im RAW- Format ARW aufgenommen. Es erscheint die Meldung, das Format werde nicht unterstützt.  

Änderungen an den Einstellungen in LR habe ich nicht vorgenommen, meine Abo- Version ist aktuell.

Wer kann mir helfen?

Ich habe leider das selbe Problem. Meine Raws kommen von der Nikon D850. Bzw habe ich es auch mit der alten Nikon D7000 versucht. Die Funktion startet bei mir noch. Dann läuft der Fortschritt bis ca. 90% und dann bekomme ich eine Fehlermeldung. Unbekannter Fehler.

Check your in camera setting for those photos. Were they saved as normal RAW or as a compressed RAW?

I use a sony RX10 M4 with the ARW- format and without compression. Last I made 500 fotos und developed these in Lightroom classic how do it for several years. From these fotos I denoised 10 or 12 shots (two weeks ago). Actually I have the message of wrong Fileformat ...

In a first step try is to reset the preferences to the default settings.

  • Reset Procedure:
  • Close Lightroom.
  • Windows: Hold down [Alt]+[Shift] while restarting Lightroom.
    Mac: Hold down [Opt]+[Shift] while restarting Lightroom.
  • Overwrite the Preferences when prompted by the dialog.
  • Close Lightroom.
  • Restart Lightroom.

 

It's recommended to backup your preferences before you reset the preferences to the default settings:

I tried ist, without Success. Also I delete my Lightroom Classic and the Camarea RAW with all Presets. I cleared my recycle bin and made a completly new installation. 

No change. Terrible.
