You could put the catalog, along with your photos on an external hard drive. Move the external hard drive back and forth to work.

Or, you can selectively sync images to Lightroom from the Classic catalog on your computer. Then use the Lightroom app on the laptop to access the synced images. (this is what I do)

Or, you can put all of your images in Lightroom and not use Lightroom Classic.

Thank you for your response. I'm trying to understand why I have so many
catalogs in my folder, is that normal? Do you have a video on how to sync
the catalog?

Catalogs are 'Database'files, and you can have as many as you want. The perfect number for many LrC users is ONE! So "many" catalogs is not normal for most people.

Consider that if you have had LrC upgrades over the years then it would have left behind old Catalogs when it upgraded to new catalogs, or you could have created multiple catalogs. Only you can know which is the current working catalog.

[Ctrl+Alt+ , ] 'Catalog Settings' will give you information about the current open catalog.

LrC can not"sync" catalogs! (only proxy Files- See option 2) )  @Theresa J offered two options-

1) Place the LrC catalog and photos on an external drive that you SWAP between two computers

2) Use the Cloud version of Lightroom on the second computer and edit photos synced through the Adobe Cloud from the first computer. Lightroom Classic sync FAQ
