Develop model is disable, i need support to access lightroom

Your System Info indicates that your Trial License has expired. You also seem to be using Lightroom Classic  7.3.1, which is subscription only and very old. This suggests that you've either installed it in trial mode at some point or let your subscription lapse.

 

When license expires you can still use the Library module features, but Develop module is disabled.

In LrC click on Help, then on System Information. And post in a reply a copy of the first five lines
