Develop only works if connected to internet

Updated LRC to v15.4.1.  Since then I have only been able to use the Develop mode when connected to the Internet.  Without Internet connection Licence shows Unknown under Get Info in LRC.  Soon a s Internet access is available Licence shows Creative Cloud.

 

Have tried lot of things... As per chat got.  Nothing seems to solve the issue.. Tried logging in and out of creative cloud and logging in again.

Deleting files to recreate token... Trying to repair Creative cloud app.

Any other options other than uninstalling all apps and reinstalling creative cloud and all apps.

    Is this how it looks on your end? If so, then this is expected behavior. If not, could you share a couple of screenshots of what you're seeing?

    Also, let us know:

    • Your operating system and version (Windows/macOS)

    • Whether this started immediately after updating to Lightroom Classic 15.4.1

    I am using MacBook Pro M3 Max latest version. Upgraded to 15.4.1 few days ago.  Didn't notice the issue until today as there was no internet problem.  Today there was no internet so after I opened in Library mode and then tried to go into Develop mode the Develop screen went blank.

    I then used a mobile hotspot to connect and Develop started working fine.  I exited LRC and turned off the mobile hotspot and Develop did not work.  Tried with and without internet access and found that Develop only worked with Internet access.

    While connected to Internet if I check under Help.. Get Info.. Licence shows Creative Cloud.

    If I disconnect the internet and close LRC and open it again, Get info... Licence says Unknown.

     

    I do not see the message saying your computer does not seem to be connected to the Internet as in your screenshot.

    Looks like some issue with a local authentication token.
