PLEASE HELP... Lightroom 5 been working fine. Then, I thought I would try a trial on the Lightroom cc... BIG MISTAKE...

Lightroom cc is not suitable for my needs and the trail has ended. But it seems also has my Lightroom 5!!!

it says - Developer module is disabled/please renew your membership to reactivate the developer module.

I have a licensed Lightroom 5 with serial number. When I go onto Adobe and sign in my account, it is there as a purchased product.

I just want things back to normal.

I am new to MAC so it is making the process very complicated.

can Adobe please contact me to sort??????

Sharon

Shut down Lightroom, then sign out of the Adobe Creative Cloud us the Creative Cloud application. Launch Lightroom 5. Then enter your Lightroom 5 serial number.

    Thanks for your reply, but...

when I launch Lightroom 5 (after doing the above) I get this -

'Adobe Application Manager, required to start your trial, is missing or damaged.

Please download a new copy of Adobe Application Manager from

    http://www.adobe.com/go/applicationmanager.'

I do not want to start trial, I have the product. I have gone to http://www.adobe.com/go/applicationmanager and cannot find anything relevant??????
