Did a clean Windows 11 install, now can't find my LRC watermarks

After a clean Windows 11 install, and re-installing CC (and LRC 14.1.1), my watermarks are all gone.

Can I get them back?  I have my old (Windows 10) boot (and apps) drive in case it's needed for file retrieval.

Also, my photo collections (and pre LRC 14.1 catalogues) are all on a separate dedicated drive which is unchanged after the Windows 11 install.
