Difficulty uploading certain presets to LrC

I recently upgraded to a new computer and was working on transferring my presets from one computer to another. I am able to move over most of my presets, but there is one set that I am unable to upload. It says it uploads, but then it does not appear in the presets tab. If I try to re-upload, it says it cannot because it already has uploaded. When I search for it in my computer files, the presets are there along with the ones that do appear in the application. I can’t discern any difference between the files why one would be visible and not the other! Everything is selected when I look at “manage presets” and I don’t use separate catalogs. It is also set to show “partially compatible presets”. I had an Adobe employee remote into my computer for about an hour and she was unable to figure it out either. Any advice?
