Could somebody tell me what the diffrence is between photoshop lightroom and photoshop elements?

And if both are in a dutch language version.

    Yes I am tryint to work out which I need to buy. I don't know the diffrence and I only saw the photoshop lightroom version in dutch. So do you know what's the diffrence between both?
