Disk does not open
On the disk listing on the left side panel, the C disk does not expand. All the other folders work as expected.

sorry, i mixed it up: only removable devices are disconnected after import
Once again, a solution to a problem was just staring at me. The reason the C: drive does not expand is that there are no photos in it. I tested this by just putting one photo in the Pictures directory and sure enough, the C; drive expands to show it. So there wasno problem after all
