Display loses signal while using GPU acceleration on Windows 11 in LrC 15.5.1

Hello Anshul, and thanks for the questions.

I was still testing and used 15.5.1 again, because I also tested previous versions of Windows 11 and the nVidia driver. Below is for this version, and at the end is the system info after reverting back to 15.5.
 

1. I don’t have the idea that it happens during a specific operation. It can happen at any time. Just now it happened during walking through a folder of images and adding colour labels.
    
2. nVidia driver version (Studio driver): 616.92 (sept. 9th, but problem already occured prior to updating to this latest version.
    
3. Eizo is connected directly using a display port cable, no other display connected.

Thanks for the detailed report and for already narrowing this down by testing both Lightroom Classic 15.5 and 15.5.1, as well as GPU acceleration on and off.

Since 15.5 works normally for you while 15.5.1 does not, I’d like to collect a little more information before drawing any conclusions about the cause.

Could you please share:

• Help > System Info > Copy from Lightroom Classic 15.5.1.
• The exact NVIDIA driver version and whether you’re using the Studio or Game Ready driver.
• Whether the monitor loses its signal during a particular Lightroom operation, such as switching images in Develop, Masking, Denoise, exporting, or whether it can happen during normal editing without a consistent trigger.
• Whether you have another display connected, and how the Eizo is connected to the GTX 1660 Super (direct DisplayPort connection, HDMI Port, adapter/dock, etc.).

If you can identify a repeatable sequence that causes the display to lose signal, please share those steps as well. That would be particularly useful for investigating this further.

Since you’ve already established that 15.5 is stable on the same system, continuing to use 15.5 for now is a reasonable workaround rather than disabling GPU acceleration in 15.5.1.
