do you know why my previews doesn't show on Lightroom?

the don't show either at the library or any other place just the gray box, I already tried deleting the damage preview.s.lrdata but the problem keeps happening. Can you help me please?

This can be caused by a corrupted monitor profile. Temporary select a different profile (it doesn’t matter that the colors won’t look correct, it’s just to test if your monitor profile caused the issue).

Please clarify. Are you able to see and edit an image in Develop?
And do you by “previews” mean the Filmstrip at the bottom of the screen?

Please post a screenshot of the entire LrC Library window, as well as a screenshot of the entire LrC window with an image open in Develop.

And are you on Mac or Windows?

no they don’t display in develop, it only appears the preview of the photo I’m currently editing, the rest appears in a gray box. I am using Mac
