Does any one have experience using Lightroom or Photoshop while traveling in China?

I have a shoot coming but right after I have to travel to China and wondering if the functionality of Lightroom and Photoshop would be limited while in China? I need to edit picutres, export and send it back to my client. Anyone has any experience or insights? Very much appreciated!
