Does not allow me to process my picture

Hi all,

 

I can't process my picture under develop with lightroom CC.  Does anyone have this problem?  If you could please help me?  Thank you

You need to contact Adobe ditrectly as stated. They can help with that.

Why can't you process pictures in Lightroom Classic? What is stopping you? What happens? Please describe in detail. If there is an error message, please quote the exact unedited word-for-word error message.

Here is the issues,  My lightroom is deactivated.  I paid three timnes today, Paid $9.99 monthly, and 19.99.  I thought i used the old email, I paid directly to extend from lightoom another $9.99.  I still have my lightroom suspended.  I used dsantosa@proton email.com.  I have an old email under dasantosa@yahoo.com which I am nolonger used it.  I need to activate my lightrrom.  It seems adobe keep prompting plan to update.  It's very frustrated and annoying.

Dear Sir,  It seems when I paid today, it did not renew my subscription.  Is there away to check which email address they renewed it?  The old email address may be got renewe.  I used this email address using my dsantosa@protonmail.com.  The old email is dasantosa@yahoo.com.  I am no longer used this email.

Please post your System Information as Lightroom Classic (LrC) reports it. In LrC click on Help, then System Info, then Copy. Paste that information into a reply. Please present all information from first line down to and including Plug-in Info. Info after Plug-in info can be cut as that is just so much dead space to us non-Techs.
